Refund policy

At Aleixandri Studio, each piece is made to order. This means that all garments are produced specifically for each customer after the purchase has been confirmed.
Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unworn and unused
- in their original condition
- returned with all original packaging
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Return process
To initiate a return, please contact us at hi@aleixandristudio.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for:
- the cost of returning the item
- the original shipping cost paid at checkout
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method, excluding any original shipping costs.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to obtain a different item, we recommend returning your original order and placing a new one.
Defective or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hi@aleixandristudio.com,  including:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photographs of the item
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, including a replacement, repair, or refund.
In these cases, Aleixandri Studio will cover the return shipping costs.

As all our pieces are made to order, we encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and details before placing an order.
