By accessing our website and purchasing our pieces, you engage in our Services and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. On-demand production and service conditions

Aleixandri Studio operates under a slow-fashion, made-to-order model. By placing an order, acknowledge that our products are crafted specifically for you after the purchase is confirmed. This process requires a production period of 7 to 30 business days before the order is ready for shipment. However, please note that certain pieces may require additional time depending on their technical difficulty or the current volume of work within the studio. In such cases, we are committed to maintaining transparent communication and will inform the customer at all times of any changes or updates regarding their specific production timeline. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region and may discontinue any product at any time at our sole discretion.

Material availability and order cancellations

At Aleixandri Studio, we work with specific and often limited materials to ensure the exclusivity and quality of our pieces. While we make every effort to ensure that our material inventory is up to date, there may be occasions when a specific fabric or component becomes unavailable after an order has been placed. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Should this happen, we will notify the customer immediately and provide a full refund. Additionally, we may offer alternatives, such as a change in fabric or an equivalent design, allowing the customer to decide whether to proceed with the modification or receive a refund.

Accuracy of information and billing

We strive to display the colors and textures of our pieces as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be perfectly accurate. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made at our studio. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or if there is an error in the information provided. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address provided at the time the order was made.

Payment methods and security

All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Aleixandri Studio does not store or have access to your credit card details. By providing your payment information, you represent that you have the legal right to use the chosen payment method. Prices are shown in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be added during the checkout process.

Shipping and cancellation policy 

As our products are made to order, shipping begins only after the production period is complete. Once an order has entered the production phase, it cannot be canceled or modified, as materials have already been allocated and work has commenced. If you need to cancel your order or make changes to your shipping address, please contact us at hi@aleixandristudio.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Aleixandri Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs processes for international shipments. Furthermore, the customer is solely responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied by their country's authorities upon arrival. These charges are not within our control and must be paid by the recipient.

Intellectual property and prohibited uses

All content included on this site, such as designs, patterns, photographs, logos, and text, is the exclusive intellectual property of Marc Aleixandri. You are prohibited from reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, or exploiting any portion of our work or designs without express written permission from us. Furthermore, you may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Limitation of liability and governing law

Aleixandri Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our products or any delay in the production times inherent to our on-demand model. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Spanish law. These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
