Shipping policy

At Aleixandri Studio, all pieces are made to order. This means that each garment is crafted specifically for you once your purchase has been confirmed.

Processing times

All orders require a production period of approximately 7 to 30 business days before they are ready for shipment.

Please note that certain pieces may require additional time depending on their technical complexity or the current workload of the studio. If this is the case, we will inform you and keep you updated throughout the process.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of Israel.

Shipping times

Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the destination:

- Spain: 1–3 business days

- European Union: 3–7 business days

- International: 5–10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and external factors.

Shipping costs

We offer fixed shipping rates based on the destination:

- Spain: 8€

- Europe: 19€

- International: 42€

Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

Carriers

We work with various shipping carriers depending on the destination and the nature of the shipment. The selected carrier may vary in order to ensure the best possible delivery service.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Aleixandri Studio is not responsible for these charges and has no control over their amount or application.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays and liability

Aleixandri Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
